The rental price is including:

• Energy costs to a consumption of 200 kWh per week (above € 0.45 per kWh will be charged)
• Costs of water consumption
• WiFi internet connection
• Costs for the package bed linen, bath towels, towels and kitchen towels

Excluding final cleaning costs which you pay on the spot. The beds are made upon arrival. Changeover day is Saturday for mid and high season.

The deposit is € 300,-. You pay this with the last installment of the rent. You will receive the deposit back to your bank account within 7 days after departure from the house if no damage has occurred. A cot with bedding and high chair are available on request at no extra cost. Our manager is Dutch speaks English and is at your disposal with advice and assistance.

Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in is possible between 15:00h and 20:00h.
• Check out at 10:00h in the morning.
